PRUDENTIAL AUTHORITY: INPUT SOUGHT ON FEE AND LEVY PROPOSALS

The Prudential Authority has called for input by 20 September 2024 on proposals affecting the fees to be levied on supervised entities and persons to fund the performance of specific functions under the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017, and other relevant financial sector laws.
The fees envisaged would apply to the 2025/26 financial year and are informed by the relevant income and expenditure estimates.
