REPEAL OF THE TRANSKEIAN PENAL CODE BILL: FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT

The NCOP Committee on Security & Justice has called for input by 17 March 2023 on the Repeal of the Transkeian Penal Code Bill. Once in force, this piece of proposed new legislation will reinstate the application of common law and rules in the area formerly known as the Republic of Transkei.
