REVISED PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS IN FORCE FROM 16 JANUARY 2023

Revised regulations giving effect to a February 2022 Constitutional Court judgment will come into force on 16 January 2023, when they will repeal those in place since January 2017. As ruled, the tender eligibility pre-qualification criteria have been removed.
