ROAD ACCIDENT FUND ADJUSTS CLAIMS LIMIT

To counter the effects of inflation, the Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income claims will be adjusted to R365 814.00 from 31 July 2024. This is according to a Government Gazette notice published on 30 July 2024 but backdated by four days.
