ROAD ACCIDENT FUND CLAIM LIMIT ADJUSTED

To counter the effects of consumer price index inflation, the Road Accident Fund has once again adjusted the statutory limit on claims for loss of income and loss of support. Retrospectively effective from 31 January 2023, the limit is now set at R338 846-00. This was announced on 10 February 2023 by notice in the Government Gazette.
