ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: CLAIM LIMIT ADJUSTED ONCE AGAIN

The Road Accident Fund's statutory limit in respect of claims for loss of income and/or support has been adjusted to R342 336, with effect from 30 April 2023.
This was announced on 2 May 2023 by notice in the Government Gazette.
