ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: CLAIM LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The Road Accident Fund’s quarterly adjustment to the statutory limit for loss of income and support claims has been set at R347 730-00. According to the Government Gazette notice announcing this, the new limit will be in force from 31 July 2023.
