ROAD ACCIDENT FUND CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTED

The Road Accident Fund has adjusted the statutory limit for claims in respect of loss of income and support. The new limit has been set at R336 308-00 by notice in the Government Gazette. It comes into force on 31 October 2022.
