ROAD ACCIDENT FUND GAZETTES BACKDATED ADJUSTMENT TO CLAIMS LIMIT

The Road Accident Fund has adjusted the statutory limit for loss of support or income claims to R357 565.00, with effect from 31 January 2024. The new limit replaces one gazetted in October 2023.
