ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST ADJUSTED CLAIMS LIMIT IN FORCE

To counter the effects of inflation, the Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income claims has been adjusted to R368 035.00 – with immediate effect.
