ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST ADJUSTMENT TO CLAIM LIMIT

With the aim of countering the effects of consumer price index inflation, the Road Accident Fund has adjusted the statutory limit on claims for loss of income and loss of support to R352 489.00. The adjustment will come into force on 31 October 2023.
