ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income claims will be adjusted to R361 372.00 on 30 April 2024 to counter the effects of inflation. This is according to a recently gazetted notice.
