ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT RETROSPECTIVELY IN FORCE

According to a recent Government Gazette notice, R372 824.00 is now the Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit on claims for loss of support or income. As the latest routine quarterly adjustment, its purpose is to counter the effects of consumer price index (CPI) inflation.
