ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST QUARTERLY CLAIM LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The statutory limit on a claim from the Road Accident Fund for loss of income and/or support has been adjusted to R680 35.00. Gazetted on 4 November 2024 in a backdated notice, the new limit came into effect on 31 October 2024 with the aim of countering the effects of consumer price index inflation since the last quarterly adjustment in July.
