ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: LATEST QUARTERLY CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT PUBLISHED

The Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income will be adjusted on 31 July 2025 to R373 822.00 with the aim of countering the effects of consumer price index (CPI) inflation. This follows a 16 May 2025 adjustment retrospectively applicable from 1 May 2025, as SA Legal Academy reported at the time.
