ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: NEW CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The Road Accident Fund has gazetted its latest quarterly adjustment to the statutory limit for loss of support or income claims. From 30 April 2026, the limit will be R381 510.00. The notice announcing this includes the formula used to calculate the adjustment, which is intended to to counter the effects of consumer price index inflation.
