ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: NEW CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income claims has been adjusted to R394 325.00 by notice in the Government Gazette. Immediately effective, the adjustment is intended to counter the effects of consumer price index (CPI) inflation.
