ROAD ACCIDENT FUND: QUARTERLY CLAIMS LIMIT ADJUSTMENT GAZETTED

The Road Accident Fund’s statutory limit for loss of support or income claims has been adjusted to R377 849.00 by notice in the Government Gazette. Immediately effective, the adjustment is intended to counter the effects of consumer price index (CPI) inflation.
