Rules Board for Courts of Law - Amendments to the regulations

Amendments have been gazetted to the rules for proceedings in several divisions of the High Court, the Magistrates' Courts and the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Among other things, changes to the rules for proceedings in the High Court and Supreme Court of Appeal have implications for legal assistance to indigent persons. All three sets of amendments affect fees/costs/tariffs.
