SIGN LANGUAGE BILL: NATIONAL ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE CALLS FOR INPUT

The National Assembly’s Justice & Correctional Services Committee has issued a media statement calling for written submissions by 23 February on the Constitution 18th Amendment Bill. Tabled in Parliament on 12 January, once enacted and in effect the Bill will add South African Sign Language to the list of official languages.
