SUPREME COURT, SMALL CLAIMS COURT RULES: UPDATE

The Rules Board for Courts of Law has gazetted:
- an amendment to rules regulating the conduct of proceedings in the Supreme Court of Appeal, and
- a notice announcing that new rules regulating matters in the Small Claims Courts will come into effect on 1 April 2023, repealing those in place since 1985.
