FILM & PUBLICATIONS BOARD GAZETTES DRAFT COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURES

Draft complaints handling procedures on which input is apparently still being sought were eventually gazetted a week after the Film & Publications Board notice calling for comment.
Published by the Department of Communications & Digital Technologies, the document itself is stamped ‘draft’. However, the wording of its covering note could leave stakeholders with the impression that the Board’s complaints handling procedures have already been finalised. No request for input is made and no deadline set.
According to the original Board notice, stakeholders have until 16 February to comment on the draft.
