PARLIAMENT: NCOP SECURITY & JUSTICE COMMITTEE CALLS FOR SUBMISSIONS ON TWO BILLS

In anticipation of parliamentary hearings, the NCOP Committee on Security & Justice has issued notices calling for written submissions on two Bills recently passed by the National Assembly:

• the Regulation of Interception of Communications & Provision of Communication-related Information Amendment Bill’s ‘B’ version (with the deadline set at 28 November 2023), and
• the Divorce Amendment Bill (with the deadline for input set at 5 December 2023).
